As soon as you place an order with Ergoasis, we'll send you a confirmation email to let you know that we've received your order. We'll also pre-authorise your payment method at this point. If the item you've ordered is available for immediate dispatch, we'll start preparing your order right away. In the event the item is unavailable, we'll remove the pre-authorisation from your credit card and notify you via email. Once your items are ready to be dispatched, we'll process the charges and get your order on its way.

After your payment is processed, we'll dispatch your items within the delivery time frame specified on the product page. Once your order has left our warehouse, we'll send you a dispatch notification. We'll choose the most suitable delivery method and courier for your order, so it's not possible to choose a specific courier or delivery method yourself.
