Delivery Information

Order Confirmation

As soon as you place an order with Ergoasis, we'll send you a confirmation email to let you know that we've received your order. We'll also pre-authorise your payment method at this point. In the event the item you've ordered is available for immediate dispatch, we'll start preparing your order right away. If the item is unavailable, we'll remove the pre-authorisation from your credit card and notify you via email. Once your items are ready to be dispatched, we'll process the charges and get your order on its way.

Delivery Methods

We're committed to delivering your order as quickly, safely, and reliably as possible. We offer free standard delivery 3-5 business days delivery on all orders. After your payment is processed, we'll dispatch your items within the delivery time frame specified on the product page. Once your order has left our warehouse, we'll send you a dispatch notification. We'll choose the most suitable delivery method and courier for your order, so it's not possible to choose a specific courier or delivery method yourself.

For pre-orders the delivery period is usually 10-15 working days but may vary. Specific delivery period will be available on the product detail page.

Delivery Locations

We deliver anywhere in mainland United Kingdom (UK). If your delivery address is outside of mainland UK, please contact us and we will check if we can support your request by emailing sales@ergoasis.co.uk or calling 020 3576 2336.
