Most customers install their wall-mounted desk themselves in around 45 minutes with basic DIY tools. Each desk comes with a full installation guide, all fixings, and a wall-type compatibility checklist. If you are unsure about your wall type or fixings, our team is happy to advise before you order.
Our wall-mounted desks are compatible with solid brick, concrete, and timber stud walls. Plasterboard-only walls require additional reinforcement. If this applies to you, contact us before ordering and we will walk you through the options. We have helped many customers find a solution for unusual wall types.
All Ergoasis products carry a 3-year full warranty covering parts and labour. This includes the motorised lifting mechanism, frame, and surface. If anything fails within the warranty period, we arrange repair or replacement at no cost to you.
We offer a 30-day no-quibble returns policy on all products. If you change your mind, simply contact us and we will arrange collection. Items must be in their original, unused condition. Refunds are processed within 5 working days of collection.
We offer free delivery to all mainland UK addresses. Professional installation is available in most areas for an additional fee. Contact us for a quote. Many customers prefer to self-install using our step-by-step guide, which takes under an hour.
