Returns & Refunds

Thank you for choosing to shop with Ergoasis. We understand that sometimes you may not be entirely satisfied with your purchase, and we are here to assist you. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please ensure that the product was received by you in the last 14 days. Send an email to returns@ergoasis.co.uk providing us with the following information:

  • Your name
  • Order reference number
  • Your address
  • Email address
  • Contact number
  • Date of purchase
  • Date the goods were received by you
  • If you originally ordered multiple items, which do you want to return?


If we approve a return we will provide a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Send the product along with a note indicating whether you want to exchange the product (and if so, what other product you want to order) or a refund. Important:

  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • Ensure that item is sent to return address that we will provide, this will ensure item is returned to correct warehouse and we can verify return and start the refund process.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges
We only exchange damaged or faulty items, if you received a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately.

Sale Items
Sale items are refundable. The same policies and restrictions applies to sale items.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
If item has been assembled or used, we will not be able to accept return. Item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Fees
Unless item is defected or damaged, the customer is responsible for delivery fees associated with returning any item(s) and a restocking fee up to but not exceeding 10% will be charged on all returns. We recommend using a tracked delivery service where possible.


Right to Cancel

As per the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, takes physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement by email to returns@ergoasis.co.uk.

You may cancel this contract before the cancellation period has expired by sending your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel.

Please note that once the right-to-cancel period has expired, we may still accept returns, although additional charges will be applicable. However, these regulations do not restrict the statutory right to cancel and do not apply during the 14-day cancellation period.

Effects of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract during the 14-day cancellation period, we will reimburse all payments received from you less any applicable fees. We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than:

(a) 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or
(b) (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or
(c) if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.


We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation of this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
